Te Kura o Te Whānau ā Apanui will begin in 2016.
We are proud to become a new educational provider/centre for the children of the area, to strengthen education governance, and to improve school leadership.
This is a decile 1 school, brimming with parent advocacy and community involvement.

The school seeks enthusiastic and qualified teachers for Years 1 - 13 working with the New Zealand Curriculum and Te Marautanga o Aotearoa with a good understanding of National Standards, Ngā Whanaketanga Rūmaki Māori and/or NCEA. We invite you to join our professional and dedicated staff who are committed to the special character of our school and a distributed leadership model.
Potential staff should consider their ability to deliver Te Marautanga o Aotearoa and/or the NZ curriculum and participate in a wide range of professional development, this is an integral part of working at Te Kura o Te Whānau ā Apanui. Staff will be expected to participate in a variety of extra-curricular activities as part of their core duties.
