A takeaway meal cost a taxi driver in Melbourne about a hundred times more than he expected.
The man was fined more than $340 for unfastening his seatbelt to get his money to pay at a McDonald's drive-through.
Police said the man took his belt off before entering the drive-through.
They said he should have stopped at the window first, then unbelted.
The driver was fined $170 on the seatbelt and $170 for not having his lights on.
