Convicted sword attacker Antonie Ronnie Dixon's appeal is due to be heard in Auckland on November 28.
Dixon, who was ordered to serve at least 20 years of a life imprisonment term, is appealing against his conviction on charges of murder, causing grievous bodily harm, discharging a firearm with intent, using a firearm against police, kidnapping and aggravated burglary.
