A swimmer is missing at Raglan beach.
Police were called about 4pm today after reports of a swimmer in distress.
Search and rescuers, the Coast Guard, the Westpac Rescue Helicopter and members of the Raglan Surf Life Saving Club were all searching the coastline and open water.
The search has been postponed for the night.
