KEY POINTS:
Police and fire safety officers are investigating the cause of a suspicious fire in Paraparaumu, on the Kapiti Coast.
Fire communications shift manager Murray Dunbar said the blaze, in a single storey building on Hurley Rd believed to be used as a dance studio, began about 12.25am today.
It was under control within half an hour and was being treated as suspicious.
No one was injured.
