A fire which has blazed through an unoccupied Auckland building is being treated as suspicious.
Emergency services were called to the building on Anzac Ave at 12.20pm.
More than 70 fire fighters have fought the blaze, which is now under control.
Fire Service spokesman Jaron Phillips said fire fighters were searching the usually unoccupied building as it was sometimes frequented by "street kids".
Sixteen fire trucks were at the building, which was well involved in flames on arrival, he said.
