KEY POINTS:
A suspected clandestine 'P' lab has been found in a car parked in the Christchurch suburb of New Brighton early today.
The alarm was raised after a police dog handler came across several people behaving suspiciously in Bower Street and linked them to a parked car which was found to contain 'P' manufacturing equipment.
