The Quickdraw Sketch Gang has returned to the streets of Auckland as part of this year's Auckland Artweek.
The four artists wowed crowds in Chancery Square with their ten minute portraits which ranged in style from zombie to serious pencil sketch.
The free portraits proved so popular a queue formed around the corner with some people waiting up to an hour before getting their chance to pose for a portrait.
In total the artists drew almost 70 portraits over three hours.
This year's Artweek presents the work of around 1000 artists in more than 100 venues across the city with everything from Late Night Art on Queen St to hip hop in the Auckland Art Gallery.
