The promoters of the Auckland Big Day Out say they will not honour a pile of stolen tickets.
Music store Sounds returned its unsold Big Day Out tickets when it went into voluntary administration, however 100 tickets went missing.
People with the passes will be denied entry to the concert at Mt Smart Stadium, on January 18.
Promoters are urging anyone who has bought tickets in the past four weeks to check their ticket number - as the may think they have bought them legitimately.
