Four alleged drug dealers facing 183 charges have been arrested in Invercargill.
Detective Senior Sergeant Brian Cowie told the Southland Times yesterday the bust targeted those who were believed to be operating at a level above tinny houses.
Four men appeared before Judge Kevin Phillips in the Invercargill District Court yesterday on a total of 183 charges of possessing and dealing class A, B and C controlled drugs.
Appearing before Judge Kevin Phillips in the Invercargill District Court yesterday Casey Dawson MacDonald, 22, labourer; Tony Douglas Murray, 26, dairy worker; 19-year-old Kane Harris Joseph Johnston-Walters and meat worker Logan Neilson Reynolds, 21, all made brief appearances before being remanded in custody to reappear on June 5.
A further three people are expected to appear in court today.
