Masterton residents who have been slow to cast their votes for the local body elections still have time, despite the deadline for guaranteed postal delivery having passed.
Voters can hand deliver their voting papers to staff at Masterton District Council from 8am to 4.30pm today and from 9am until noon tomorrow.
People who have not yet enrolled can also still vote, although they will first need to enrol at the council office some time during office hours today.
Once enrolled a special vote paper can be issued.
Special votes can be accepted tomorrow from voters already on the electoral roll or those who have lost, damaged or spoilt their voting papers, or have not received them.
