The Victorian State Government is providing financial backing for the 2001 Victorian Marine Week, to be based around the June 28 to July 2 Melbourne Boat Show.
Marine Week will start on June 25, with the objective of helping the industry to develop its full potential.
A major aim is to show the marine industry is an interesting and challenging career option.
