A robber held two staff at a Hastings bar at knifepoint last night and then ordered them to drive him around.
Hawke's Bay Police want to hear from anyone who has information about the aggravated robbery at the Horse & Hound Café and Bar about 10.30pm.
A man entered the bar and confronted two staff members with a knife. He then stole cash and forced the staff members into a vehicle and made one of them drive him to Frederick St.
Once they arrived at 1333 Frederick St he jumped out of the vehicle and made his escape by running through properties should contact Hawke's Bay Police on 06 873 0500 or anonymously on Crimestoppers 0800 555 111.
