A man who was stabbed overnight is in a stable condition in hospital.
Glanville Tce in the Auckland suburb of Parnell was cordoned off by police following the incident, TV3 reported.
The man was taken to Auckland Hospital with serious injuries but this morning he was moved to a ward in a stable condition, said a spokesman.
It is understood police are not seeking anyone else in relation to the incident.
