KEY POINTS:
Spotless Services has won the right to appeal judgments made against it in the Employment Court last year.
About 800 Spotless orderlies, cooks and cleaners were locked out of 12 hospitals for nine days last July until the Employment Court ruled the lockouts were illegal.
Later in the year the Employment Court issued another judgment which addressed wage claims made by the employees.
The Australian-owned company sought leave to appeal and this week was given permission by the Court of Appeal.
