RECEPTIONIST
(20 hours per week)
Sport Hawke's Bay is the leadership organization for Sport and Active Recreation in Hawke's Bay and one of New Zealand's top performing Regional Sports Trusts. An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join our dynamic and motivated Corporate Team in a part-time position. Reporting to the Finance/HR Manager this is a busy and varied role that is integral to providing excellent customer and administration services to Sports house. Our preferred candidate will possess the following competencies:
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- A general understanding of office equipment, procedures and information
technology
- High level knowledge of Microsoft Products, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
Internet and e-mail
- Designing newsletters and flyers in Adobe InDesign, so experience in this area
would be an advantage
