KEY POINTS:
Hell Pizza has caused upset again, this time with a spoof magazine interview supposedly with the stingray that killed Steve Irwin.
The magazine - "Hell-o?" - claims to have an "exclusive" interview and promos the spoof on the front cover under the headline: "It was an accident."
It adds: "Steve Irwin's killer finally breaks his silence."
The TV wildlife star was killed in September last year when a stingray barb pierced his chest.
The 20-page glossy magazine, which also claims the Prime Minister is planning to adopt 192 children and carries photographs of Nicky Watson in underwear, has upset a Christian-based family watch group and contains comments about the use of condoms.
National director of lobby group Family First Bob McCoskrie said the magazine is offensive and Hell Pizza has gone too far.
He said the pictures used are more suited to a soft porn magazine and he intends to make a formal complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority.
Hell Pizza is laughing off the criticism. Spokesman Matt Blomfield said he is surprised by Mr McCoskrie's reaction.
"I made Bob aware of the magazine before it even went out, and he joked with me and told me he would look at doing an interview for the magazine," he claimed.
