The Herald on Sunday is out tomorrow.

While compact in size, the country's newest paper will be loaded with top-class content.

The Herald on Sunday will have the latest breaking news and investigations, plus exclusive interviews with newsmakers and celebrities and in-depth features.

There is a big sports liftout highlighting tonight's crucial Auckland v Canterbury NPC rugby match, and two new colour magazines - Sunday Life and VIEW, which is the first newspaper entertainment guide to contain 20 Sky TV digital channels.

The Weekend Herald, a sister paper to the new title, will continue to provide the full range of news, in-depth features, sports, business and leisure reading.

Research shows that on a Sunday, readers want to be informed and entertained, with a relaxed tone to their paper. The Herald on Sunday brings a new, vibrant approach to this special day.

Edited by experienced Sunday newspaper editor Sue Chetwin, it has an editorial staff of 40 and a stable of columnists new and well-known. Watch out for broadcaster Kerre Woodham, entertainer Michael Barrymore and, in sport, Chris Cairns.

The Herald on Sunday will be home delivered to more than 50,000 New Zealand Herald subscribers who have taken a seven-day delivery offer, and will be on sale at all outlets which normally sell the Herald and are open on Sundays.
