KEY POINTS:
Speaker of the House Margaret Wilson will not be standing in the general election this year.
Ms Wilson has served the Labour Party since 1999. She became Speaker of the House in 2005.
She has held positions in the Cabinet including Attorney General and Minister in Charge of Treaty negotiations.
Ms Wilson is also a former Labour Party president between 1984 - 1987.
