More than one person might have been in on death of pizza-maker, says detective.
Police say more than one person might have been involved in the killing of Paeroa pizza-maker Jordan Voudouris but they could be too frightened to come forward with information.
Eastern Waikato Detective Sergeant Glenn Tinsley said it was a "major frustration" for police and Mr Voudouris' family that no one had been arrested for his murder a year after he was killed.
The 56-year-old was gunned down outside the rear of his Mykonos Pizza and Pasta restaurant in the early hours of June 18 last year. Mr Tinsley said it was possible more than one person was involved.
"I want to appeal to them. If they feel that they're on the periphery of that homicide and they think they're holding that information and may be too frightened to come forward ... they need to make contact with us," he said.
