Mitsi is an adventurous 7-month-old staffordshire-cross puppy who needs an active family and a well-fenced backyard.
The brindle-coat pup has boundless energy during the day, but come night-time, she loves cuddles and curling up next to her human companions.
SPCA canine attendant Taryn Mager says Mitsi is a happy-go-lucky puppy who will make a great addition to a family with school-aged children.
"She's a real sweetheart. A typical puppy but not too over-the-top," says Mrs Mager.
Mitsi is good-natured but will require continuing socialisation and obedience training as well as daily mental and physical stimulation. She has had a long stay at the SPCA despite her nature.
"Unfortunately, brindles often have the toughest time finding a home. People don't like them because they think they look like mongrels, but we often find they have the best personalities."
