Richie McCaw is off the market.

The All Black captain confirmed yesterday he is in a new relationship, just weeks after re-signing with New Zealand rugby for four more years.

While McCaw would not reveal the identity of the latest All Black Wag, the Mountain Scene newspaper reported the world's best rugby player was dating journalist Nicola Grigg.

The pair, both 30, are reportedly friends from university days and pictures of them strolling arm-in-arm have been published this week.

Grigg was living in Queenstown working in marketing for NZSki until last summer and rumours of the romance have been the talk of the town.

She is now based in Christchurch after separating from her husband, former New Zealand ice hockey captain Simon Glass.

Grigg lists her occupation as journalist, newsreader, copywriter, TV host, communications manager ... "Jack of all trades, master of (some) ... ! x". McCaw has kept a low profile in terms of his private life since breaking up with former snowboarder and TV host Hayley Holt several years ago.
