One of the three complainants has continued to give her evidence this morning while being cross-examined by defence lawyer Paul Murray.
She told the court the defendant had orchestrated situations where the two of them could perform sexual activities without being noticed.
She said they had engaged in sexual intercourse on two separate occasions, and she was forced to give him oral sex on another.
Mr Murray put it to the complainant these were consensual acts, performed in areas within earshot of other personnel.
The woman argued the training exercises recruits undertook were often "tactical" meaning talking was generally not allowed.
In response, Murray asked "So if someone is sexually assaulting you, being tactical is more important?".
He also questioned her about one occasion when the woman claimed to have been woken up with the man's penis in her mouth.
The prosecution's second witness was called shortly before lunch. She described four occasions where the defendant would come in to her room after lights out, asking her to have a cigarette with him.
Most of these instances centered around having a conversation but on the fourth night, after they had attended a function, the pair had another smoke together.
The complainant then says she went to the bathroom and upon her return, was called into the defendant's room.
"He was standing in his bedroom with the lights off in his underwear. He said he wanted to thrash me."
The woman said she refused his advances and gave him an "awkward" hug before returning to her room and locking the door.
Mr Murray said the defendant had told the complainant he was intoxicated and immediately apologised to her after hearing what took place.
The court martial before Judge Charles Blackie is expected to last until Friday.
