Soft toys recalled for safety reasons

A range of children's soft toys is being recalled after safety concerns.

Plush Soft Toys were sold from November 2002, with further goods supplied between March and October 2005, with the bar code 9418004981026.

Christchurch-based Robert Mark Ltd said in newspapers advertisements today that the eyes may drop off the toys and young children could inhale or choke on them.

The toys did not comply with the Toy Product Safety Standard and purchasers were urged to return them to the store where they were purchased for a full refund.
