Stamps depicting New Zealand Olympic hero Peter Snell are a winner for a woman who bought them in Auckland three years ago.
She bought 22 of the $2 stamps showing Peter Snell from the Glenn Innes post office in Auckland in 2004.
When she realised they were printed upside down she was going to go back and get them replaced but never got round to it.
Stamp dealer John Mowbray estimates the $44 of stamps will fetch between $30,000 and $40,000 at an auction on Saturday.
