KEY POINTS:
A quake measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale shook Hawke's Bay early this morning.
The quake, which struck at 4.27am, was centred 30km east of Napier at a depth of 35km.
GNS Science said it was felt in Clive and Havelock North.
