Motorists are being warned to expect delays on Pakiri Road in the Matakana area north of Auckland.
Heavy rain has caused a number of slips on the road.
Auckland Transport says the two biggest slips have narrowed the road in two sections north of Pakiri village.
The road is open but motorists should take care and there will be delays for several days.
