Slip repairs to close part of Scenic Drive

Part of Scenic Drive, in Auckland's Waitakere Ranges, will be closed for repairs after last winter's major landslip.

The earth became unstable 500 metres from the Arataki Visitors Centre.

The road will be closed between Shaw and West Coast Rds from Monday for two weeks, but will be open for weekend traffic on the 22nd and 23rd.

The repairs are expected to cost around $140,000.
