Sky Television says it has caught up with a list of service callouts but still has a backlog of installations.
But a Grafton subscriber whose service has been disrupted since Tuesday night said he was told by the company to expect a wait of two weeks for a technician to adjust the satellite dish on his roof.
A Sky spokesman said the company was up to date with service calls but that there was a backlog for new installations in Auckland "because there are so many new customers".
