Two people have been seriously injured following a multiple car crash that has also injured four others in central Auckland tonight.
Police did not have any details on the 10.35pm crash on Ian McKinnon Dr in Eden Terrace, but a St John Ambulance spokeswoman confirmed there were injuries.
Two were seriously hurt, two had moderate injuries and two had minor injuries.
She did not know how many vehicles were involved, but it was at least two.
Northern Fire Communications' spokesman Scott Osmond said firefighters had been called to cut one person from a vehicle.
