KEY POINTS:
Six people were injured, two seriously, after two cars crashed at an intersection in the west Auckland suburb of Glen Eden just before midnight last night.
Ambulances ferried the injured, who included children, to three hospitals, North Shore, Starship and Auckland, as police closed the roads and diverted traffic around the accident scene.
Police said few other details were available.
