Firefighters from six fire trucks were sent to battle a house fire in Mt Albert, Auckland this afternoon.
Officers at the fire in Mcgehan Close had reported that the building was well ablaze, an official at the Fire Service's Northern Communication Centre said. Everyone who had been inside the building was accounted for and was quite safe.
The fire was in one of three flats in a block.
