Six men have been arrested and charged with kidnapping after two men were allegedly taken from an Auckland house against their will, say police.
Armed police raided a house in Bond Street in the suburb of Grey Lynn about 9.30pm yesterday where they found two men with minor injuries.
Six men, aged 24 to 44, who were also at the house, were arrested and charged with kidnapping, police said in a statement this afternoon.
They will appear in Auckland District Court tomorrow.
The penalty for kidnapping is 14 years' prison.
