Airport woes
A mother shares her not-so-fantastic experience at Auckland Airport: "I arrived last week from overseas at the end of the long concourse, with a tired toddler, a few bags (necessary for toddler on long flight), to be told our stroller would not be available until the baggage hall (a good 700m walk). I struggled as far as duty free with no airport help staff in sight, no strollers for hire or to borrow, no toilets, no carts, and only one short travelator. Once we got to duty free, help was finally available, and was very good, but you need it right from the gate, not after a half-kilometre walk! When we eventually did get our stroller back, it was soaking wet."
