Fredrick is an app described as a "menstrual cycle navigator for men, which allows boyfriends (surely not husbands) to track their girlfriend's menstrual cycle and keep your sanity". Depending on the day Fredrick will inform the user how irritable his other half will be that day (pretty damn ropeable if she finds Fredrick on his phone). "Who is Sarah Tonin? It's serotonin, a chemical making her less shitty than last week," advises the app eloquently. The "mood tracker" gives men a percentage likelihood of getting "grief" from their girlfriends and a user can even share his girlfriend's status with his friends and family. Okay, this app might be a joke, but it's a lame one and it does give more oxygen to the tired stereotypes that a woman can't control her emotions when she is having her period. (Source: mic.com)

Dog-sharing option for the time poor or if you're just not sure

Bark'N'Borrow is an app-based business that lets people spend time with dogs by borrowing them. New Yorker Maya Kosoff signed up and wrote about her experience. "After exchanging ... emails with his owner, I met up with Charles in a park near my apartment. I was a little nervous - I wasn't really sure what to expect at a dog meet-up. Charles, his owner, and I went for a walk together and it was surprisingly fun. But don't feel like you're limited to meeting up with a dog and its owner - once you establish a level of ... trust with a dog owner, you can actually borrow their dog for an overnight or for a few hours. It's up to the two of you. It might not be a service for everyone, but it's essentially the sharing economy ... for dogs. If you can't have a dog yourself for whatever reason and want to feel like you do, Bark'N'Borrow is probably the most convenient way to do it."??
