Recall day to beat insomnia
Trouble sleeping? Before you reach for the pills, read this: "The simplest cure for insomnia: get comfortable and close your eyes, and then replay your day in your head, in every detail. "I went to the teacher to get her approval and she said that I could do it as long as I called this treat 'spring spheres'," said Jessica. "I couldn't call them Easter eggs. When I took them out of the bag, the teacher said, 'Oh look, spring spheres' and all the kids were like 'Wow, Easter eggs.' So they knew," Jessica said. (Source: MyNorwest.com)
