You would hope Canterbury learned how to spell New Zealand before the Rugby World Cup. This one was spotted by Jennifer.
More lazy than dishonest
Regarding the Auckland Zoo story, a reader writes, "It must be remembered that search engines 'crawl' a website infrequently. When a search engine visited the site in question, Auckland Zoo may have been what was found, but these deal-of-the-day sites change their offer every day. Not false advertising at all. Just that a search engine isn't always up to date."
Dazzling display
Jeremy writes, "There is a downside to driving with headlights on in the daytime (and at dusk). The contrast of the brilliance of the lights with the reflected daylight from an oncoming vehicle can create a situation where the vehicle itself becomes invisible. Inflatable cruise ship fares

Anybody in there, Trade Me?
Kim withdrew a Trade Me job ad on May 30 after filling the position and received a confirmation email from Trade Me to say that the ad had been withdrawn. "After still receiving phone and email applications from people eight days later, I had a look on the Trade Me site and sure enough, there was my ad. I cannot ring anyone at Trade Me to vent my annoyance without being charged $1.99 + GST a minute. I can email and hope to have a response within 12 hours but I have no free way of getting an immediate response from them. I also see they are putting up their job ad rate from $129 to $149 in July - and I bet I still won't be able to speak to a real person if they muck that up. The arrogance of a monopoly ..."
Highly strung commuter
Francis writes, "If Lynette is incredulous at the sight of someone putting eye drops in their eyes while driving, then seeing someone playing the banjo while driving to work, as we did one morning while living in Atlanta, Georgia, would probably send her off into a right tizz."
