A Rotorua man who admitted covertly filming teenage girls while they took showers will now be sentenced next week so he can be dealt with by the judge who originally dealt with his case.
IT worker Simon Plaistowe, aged 46, last December pleaded guilty in Rotorua District Court to 11 charges of making intimate recordings of girls aged between 12 and 17.
He placed a camera concealed inside a pen in a bathroom, filming girls while they showered and dressed.
He will now be sentenced on February 21.
