Should evidence not given to the David Bain jury now be made public?

Allegations that David Bain said "I shot the prick" in his 111 call to police have been dismissed by Bain's supporter Joe Karam.

Mr Karam told Newstalk ZB that Bain never made the comment, after arriving home to find five family members dead.

Mr Karam said the allegations were just "huffing and puffing", and had been dismissed by experts.
