The Auckland War Memorial Museum is holding a second series of roundtable discussions this week to consider its future.
It
is conducting a major restructuring exercise which the union for some
of its staff, the Public Service Association, claimed will result in
dozens of people losing their jobs.
Museum chairman David Hill has said the restructuring was designed to
ensure the museum continued to be relevant to Aucklanders and "delivers
a more engaging experience for its visitors".
