A rash of insignificant crashes occurred in Auckland this morning.
Northern police communications Inspector Matt Sillars said while there had been several crashes in Auckland during the rush hour traffic flow, none were significant.
"A guy is reported as having sore legs, ribs and feels sick but no blood," after a collision between two cars on Lincoln Rd, Henderson at 7.23am. No ambulance was needed.
A second crash between a scooter and a car on Great South Rd at 8.39am, resulted in no serious injuries.
Large sections of Auckland were drenched in a downpour this morning, but Mr Sillars could not say the wet weather caused the collisions.
