A memorial service for New Zealand jazz singer Beaver, who died on Sunday aged 59, will be held at 11am today in the concert chamber at the Auckland Town Hall, followed by a wake at Sale St bar.
The singer died after battling leiomyosarcoma, a rare type of cancer.
