Serious crash causes disruption on Auckland motorway

A serious crash this morning on a citybound section of Auckland's Southern Motorway is causing major disruptions.

The crash closed a section of State Highway 1 between Ramarama and Drury citybound before 6am.

The road is now open but the NZ Transport Agency warns of heavy congestion.
