A High Court judge has given the green light for details of Terry Serepisos'financial plight to be made public.
The former property developer, reality television host and Phoenix football club owner was on Monday declared bankrupt in the High Court at Wellington.
This morning Judge Gendall granted media applications to open his files, meaning who he owes can be revealed. However details such as the market values of properties owned by Serepisos will be kept confidential.
Also confidential will be Serepisos' share of their value, Judge Gendall said.
Serepisos owes more than two dozen creditors around $203 million, including more than $22m to South Canterbury Finance.
