The sentencing of six young men over the fatal shooting of South Auckland liquor store owner Navtej Singh in June 2008 has been delayed.
Anitilea Chan Kee, 22, was found guilty of the murder and aggravated robbery of Mr Singh.
The five others were convicted of aggravated robbery.
They were all due to be sentenced in the High Court at Auckland today but a new date will now be set for sentencing.
Mr Singh, 30, a father of three young children, was shot in the chest during the robbery at his Manurewa store and died the next day.
