A man who robbed a Kiwibank and NZ Post Shop in Christchurch last Friday made no attempt to hide his identity.
He was captured clearly on security camera videos as he demanded money from a teller at the shop in Colombo St, Sydenham, about 9.30am.
Police are seeking the help of the public in identifying the solidly built Pakeha, who is about 180cm tall and aged in his late 30s or early 40s.
Constable Matt Grant of Hornby police said the robber got away with some money, but no one was hurt.
Police did not say if he was carrying a weapon and want information about the man's movements before and after he left the shop.
