KEY POINTS:
Another secret tape recording from the National Party's annual conference has made its way into the media.
Political editor Barry Soper says the tape is of the party's deputy leader Bill English talking about winning the election at all costs.
The tape has again been leaked to TV3 and it is apparently of Mr English talking about winning regardless of high sounding principles.
According to Barry Soper it is the sort of conversation most politicians would have with party faithful.
However, the motives of whoever taped it and is deliberately leaking it to the media, is the issue.
