Secondary school principals will vote on an offer from the government to settle their pay dispute.
Principals have been offered a four per cent pay rise each year for the next three years.
They will get an extra $2,000 a year and additional one off cash payments.
Secondary Principal's Council chairman Arthur Graves says the Government has finally acknowledged the importance of retaining principals.
He expects principals to vote in favour of the offer on Friday.
