KEY POINTS:
A second crash on State Highway Two near Upper Hutt is causing major delays.
The intersection at Western Hutt Road is blocked and Inspector James Taare said there are injuries but no details are available.
Earlier this morning a car versus truck caused delays at the intersection of State Highway Two and Moonshine Road.
Mr Taare said there were minor injuries caused in the earlier accident.
