Efforts by the Rainbow Warrior bombers to stop video footage of their guilty pleas screening on television have failed a second time.
The Supreme Court today dismissed an application to appeal from Alain Mafart and Dominique Prieur.
In August in a unanimous decision, three Appeal Court judges gave TVNZ permission to show the footage of the clip showing the pair pleading guilty to the manslaughter of photographer Fernando Pereira in a High Court trial that followed the 1985 Rainbow Warrior bombing.
